I just got through to the club who said that the transfer portal is currently closed because they've had so many issues with season ticket transfers to network (friends/family). They are working on fixing the issues and don't want to reopen it until they are sure they've got it all fixed - hopefully by next week.
This is why you may only be able to see "sell via ticket resale" and not "forward to friend" when you manage tickets.
A note on the site would be helpful...
