The other problem is that attracting the proven quality player to Everton isn't possible at the moment so we need to keep what we've got and move up a level into regular European football.
I'd happily swap Ndiaye for a £80m quality centre forward, but that £80m striker would have options to go to a number of clubs, so the likelihood of us getting them would be low.

He is good but you take the £100m and buy one proven quality guy and a couple like Ndiaye was when we bought him, players with strong positive attributes but also some questions to answer.
