Except for beers of course.

Good points.
Its such a fantastic ground, and was a wonderful day. The only niggle was the concourse experience in Club View. It felt very crowded and looked impossible to get served, even though we were in place 45 mins before kick off. Not really an encouragement to spend time and money in the stadium.
It was good that the club acknowledged the issues by email yesterday evening. You're bound to get teething troubles and I'm sure it will improve, but you make a good point that loading the vouchers on each ticket feels like a design fault as it means that everyone has to be in the queue, and servers have to process many more transactions than they would if people were ordering for other friends and family.
Not sure what the answer is, perhaps some way to amalgamate the vouchers, but it's worth giving this feedback to the club.
Overall still a fab experience and day though.

we've got 6 tickets in club view, the attraction being seats on the half way line and being on the regents road side of the ground
We get a £10 credit for food and drinks for every home game which doesn't get carried over if not spent
I'm someone who probably hasn't spent a £5 at Goodison in the last 20 years combined but I used to be able to leave my house at 2pm, park up and be in Goodison by 2.40pm so there was never the need. HD is going to be different, yesterday we left at 11.30, parked up at 12, a 25 minute walk and into the ground at 12.30.
Started queuing for food at 12.30, 20 mins later whilst queuing we were being told that the £10 credit wasn't working, so I left the queue and told my son to get me a diet pepsi and bring it to my seat.
He paid for a diet pepsi, then was told it wasn't working and they couldn't give a refund so he got a bottle of water instead.
If I'd had my £10 I'd have got a pie and a drink even though I wasn't particularly hungry
And that is the problem - every one of the 3000 people in Club View is individually going to have to queue up to spend their £10 or lose it - the concourse is not built for 3000 people. There are 10 people serving - they are going to have to serve 300 people each. It takes at least a minute to serve one person - that's 300 mins and 5 hours
One solution is to give everyone £190 of credit using an App of some sort
It means that one week my lad can get 4 orders and pay for it out of his £190 - the next week I can do it
Another week I might not fancy getting anything but I won't feel the need to spend for the sake of spending
Thoughts for anyone else in Club View
