We are overweight on left mid - Ndaiye grealish alcaraz McNeil can all play there whereas there’s no cover on the right unless you play one of them out of position.

Yes there will be injuries but there will need to be lots of them before McNeil is starting, which is sad for him too as he’s been a good servant to the club and deserves playing time. Might be one of those where it’s best for all concerned. Feels like a problem for the next two windows though.

Or you do a Chelsea and hoard but I thought Moyes comments in the press conference about needing to build trust with players and agents were interesting. Got to prove we’re not a basket case any more and will be a good choice for players’ careers.
