...the system seems to be all over the place and they are clearly understaffed and underprepared for the levels of support that are needed, and I feel really sorry for all the fans who are affected as well as the staff who are there and clearly struggling.

Well they maybe using a Ticketmaster system, but whoever is running the show has taken their eyes off the ball and communications is at an all time low. I have made five attempts over the last two weeks to get answers questions and not one reply to date. Last season it was almost instant and at worst 24 hours.

I am convinced that this drop in communications and ticket ballot carry on is designed to force fans to use the clubs commercial partners for tickets.

and a waste of time as others have said, the whole experience makes ticketmaster look great and that's some achievement ffs.

Fans service is non existent and is basically a delaying process.

It crazy that you could get online tickets for Goodison right up to the last games and suddenly with over 12k extra seats in BMD .... its impossible despite all the extra plus payments etc. If Everton think they can force fans to paying over the odds to some travel agent or seat unique rip off they are mistaken.
