Is much less sensational than the headline. The article mention's Dibling as a possibility but not the top of the list. I know the Spurs CFO and he told me a few weeks ago Frank has asked them to prioritise PL ready players, though they are still targeting young and cheap from abroad to develop as part of their wider strategy. Their transfers so far (and the Eze failure) fit that pattern. Dibling is not exactly either of those which does not mean they won’t, just that it would sit outside their initial plan 🤷🏻‍♂️
