The People's Forum: Our box office is hopeless

I have 2 out of 3 secured. 2 autocup 1 in reserved section
Tried phoning box office this morning. On hold for 55mins, got cut off and when rang back told they were too busy to take any more calls today!!!
So no idea where we stand

Logged into the EFC website and I am seeing on one page

any Season Ticket Members not enrolled in the Auto Cup scheme but have purchased before 4pm on Wednesday 20 August will have their Season Ticket activated for the fixture .

But when I click confirm your season ticket reservation, it is saying

You do not have currently reserved seats

Am I doing something wrong?
