I hadn't received an email, nor could I see anything that indicated that the tickets had been allocated to me other than in my Purchase History.

I clicked to "Resend Email" and I've shared what it sends out below - basically, it's loaded onto your Season Ticket so you just use that to get it as you would for a league game.

Likewise reservation is empty. But, if I open account history, it says I have purchased 4 items on the 18th and when I click - it's the Mansfield tickets. At the bottom is a box to resend email - nice if I'd had ane in first place - however, this confirms the purchase.

Also there's a transaction pending on my bank statement.

Logged into the EFC website and I am seeing on one page

any Season Ticket Members not enrolled in the Auto Cup scheme but have purchased before 4pm on Wednesday 20 August will have their Season Ticket activated for the fixture .

But when I click confirm your season ticket reservation, it is saying

You do not have currently reserved seats

Am I doing something wrong?
