The system is pretty appalling overall though - there's actually no indication that I've got a Mansfield ticket anywhere else other than Payment History and we didn't get an email to say the money had been taken so you can see why people are getting confused.

...I'm not sure if everyone has/had to do it but we were told that - even if we had it all set up last year and the payment method was still the same - we had to log back in and update our payment method before it would all be in place.
When I logged back in it was clearly indicated that this needed to be done and I did it with just a few clicks towards the end of last week.
However there have been no emails about Mansfield tickets, there is nothing showing in my account to indicate that we've got our own seats, and when I click "View your Reserved Seat" against the Mansfield fixture it says that I don't have any...
I looked up the ticket info and it says the money should have been taken yesterday (it hasn't) but that STHs can still buy their own seat until tomorrow (when I try to do this - clicking See Availability - it says I'm not eligible) and when I click on the link that says "Process your ST reservation here" it gives me an error and I can't progress anywhere...

Hope you've already cleared it up.
We have 4 family with season tickets.
We have all been enrolled in the Auto Cup Scheme 'automatically'. we didn't have to opt in.
At the weekend in the ticketing section was an auto Cup drop down , which said we were 'in'.
This has disappeared but I can see in our ticket history that we have been automatically allocated our S/T seats.
No idea how you'd opt out though!
