Why couldn't they email each individual ticket to the email address they have on file for everyone

Phone was a waste of time!
In the end I emailed:
customer.service@evertonfc.com
Got an automated reply next day saying someone would contact me within 21 days!! 😡
Actually had a reply 6 days later which resolved the issue.
(One of our group of 3 was the lead customer in that he’d bought the tickets from his account and we’d paid him. This we had to use his email which had links to all 3 tickets).
NB The reply came from a different email address:
servicedesk@evertonfc.com

Some things never change.
Am working the rest of the week, time available to chase the club will be limited. I can't 'phone back tomorrow during opening hours' as their message suggests. How hard is it for them to get season tickets out every year? It's always last minute (usually not this last minute), but this year it's just pressing send on an email FFS.
