I sent a DM to efcfanservices asking why none of the 11 season tickets I'd booked had been received
They didn't give any reason and then tried to send me links via DM for all 11 tickets and telling me not to open any that aren't mine - 2 were in the name of Paul, but I couldn't open either to see which of the 2 Pauls it belonged to !
I asked for them to be emailed
"we can't do that"
but they can send a link for £13k of season tickets via an unsecure twitter DM ?
One email later to someone high up at the club and all 11 were emailed !
Still had no instructions on how our £10 credit will be activated
