You're not even doing anything "questionable" with the ticket so if it's definitely not working (it might be email settings to not show attachments or something?) then either email servicedesk@evertonfc.com or DM efc_fanservices on Twitter as there's clearly something up - your email should definitely give the option to download to wallet. I’ve tried forwarding the email to him but doesn’t allow download to wallet.
Could I log in to my email on his phone then download to his wallet on his phone?
I worried that I may invalidate the ticket
