My plan is probably a pie and a bottle of coke or sell my credit to someone else for £8 ! Previous Message
You’ll never leave these seats I don’t think.
All we’ve done is pay £15 a match upfront for the programme and £10 credit to spend.
My Dad paid £6.20 for a pie on Saturday so be prepared for your tenner not to go that far Previous Message
but I didn't go on Saturday but the gripes you mention are exactly the same ones repeated on the Club View whatsapp group I'm on
We're row 55 bang on the half way line
I wanted the East Stand and wanted half way line so I was happy paying £1200 with the added bonus of a £10 credit
The only downside is that I rarely bought, in fact I never bought food or drinks at Goodison but obviously now that me and 3000 other fans have a £10 credit the queues will be a lot bigger as we all have a tenner to spend even if just buying a pie and a pint Previous Message
Anyone else sat here?
Got to see where our season tickets are on Saturday. Pretty much halfway line, amazing view in my opinion.
The actual concourse facility has got a lot of stick online from what I’ve seen though from gripes that it is not “exclusive” (you could go in and out of it easily….I'm told they will have stewards manning it for the league games), that the queues for the bar were too long, there was no seating, the self serve machines were not working (I assume they will be for the league game) and that it wasn’t dressed with EFC pics etc. as per the images that sold it.
What were peoples views anyway?
I thought it was a no brainer. The approx £15 per game extra it cost is being given back to you via a £10 credit to use at the bar and a copy of the matchday programme. That’s probably £ I’d have spent anyway but by doing so upfront it gives access to amazing seats.
I’ll judge fully at the Brighton game but perhaps people’s expectations were a little too high for what they’d get in the concourse?
Interested to hear any views on it….
