Amongst the many observations from the Roma game, one thing has cropped up time and time again and that is the surprising lack of escalators and lifts at the HD.

I am sure I remember one of Dan Meis's videos a couple of years back where he suggested there would be more escalators and lifts than you could shake a stick at. What happened? Did cost cutting lead to far fewer of them being installed?

Regardless of that, surely there must be some scope for at least some extra escalators and lifts being retro fitted over time?
