Farrelly sort of gets a pass for obvious reasons though!
At the end it was just a relief that somehow we had avoided HK's final season with us ending in relegation, as happened with Clough at Forest a few years before. The agony of those final few minutes of the Coventry game will stay with me for life.

I think Tony Adams mentions him in his book following an exchange with Duncan.
Not the best but I remember him grabbing a few goals when they were at a premium.
I went home and away that season and when I see some of the “worst ever I’ve seen” shouts, every season, nothing as bad as that one.
Started season with a right hand side of tony Thomas and John Oster. Tony Thomas defo in mix for worst I’ve seen
