Surprised other teams i.e Sky 6, Spurs, Villa… haven’t gone for him. But would imagine they have just as good / slight better players than him at the moment.
Getting Grealish will encourage other signings.

Same as James ( Carlo Ancelotti signing) encouraged others to join, gave the team a boost.
We can offer him regular football. No need to move house. Still o the books of City. Lots of appeal on both sides - his and ours.
I admit he’s the wrong age, but we would struggle to sign anyone of his ilk / skill / talent aged 24/25.

if this is going to happen it’s either the terrible news that Ndiaye is going or we’re going to have Grealish playing at 10 alongside KDB & Gueye, and witness total-Moyesball this season. Very much hoping for the latter
