I could see the Fan Plaza being an amazing money-spinner.
But if Ten Street Socials are half the price and have bands etc, why would you go for eight quid pints? Previous Message
Hopefully they learn quickly and having one of the most expensive drink menus for one of the poorest performing teams is a questionable start and doesn’t seem commercially prudent either. People would likely pay a small cost increase compared to local places and by all means increase the prices for concerts and the like but a longer term aim of establishing lengthier serving time and greater volume as a result should be the aim to kick things off. They're in one of the poorest regions of the country. They want people to go early and stay later. No way that happens if they're 50% (or more!) more expensive than a gaff 300 feet away. Previous Message
don’t understand the gripes here. We want the club to generate money and yet people bitch about the prices of a pint. The club were never going to sell a pint for £3.50. You go to a concert, the theatre, even the cinema these days, most alcohol is circa +£6.
Either buy it. Or don’t. You have the choice. Previous Message
The club is already backtracking on this

If the prices are anything like that then their aim of having fans arrive early/stay after the match for a few beers every week is going to hit the skids Previous Message
Just seen a price board - San Miguel £7.05
