With regards to Grealish. This one could be even trickier to get done. Sounds like City want £12 million in total for Grealish. According to Baz on Toffee TV we don't want to pay more than £8 million. With Grealish it was always going to be a late deal with it being a loan and the finances involved. But i think the best chance we've got of getting it done is to get it done ASAP. The longer we leave the more interest he's going to get as other clubs become more desperate towards the end of the window.
