Signings like this can have a domino effect as well of course - if sought-after players see other sought-after players buying into the project then it could make something that they were unsure about committing to seem more attractive to them as well.
I'd encourage others to read the article with the Angus Kinnear interview that I shared earlier - I know that (just like the KDH interview) it's exactly the sort of stuff you'd expect them to be saying in such interviews, I think it still shows the ambition that there is at the club now - and it clarifies that everything that they are doing is geared towards making us successful on the pitch. peaking to the club's official website, Dewsbury-Hall has given every indication that he had no second thoughts over leaving West London for the North-West of England, penning a five-year contract in the process.
He said: "I'm honestly very excited, my family's excited. There's a real buzz about this. It feels right for me. So just that alone gives me the motivation and the extra determination to show everybody, to prove a point and have a really successful time here.
"Everton's one of the biggest clubs in the country, and I think that in the next couple of years, the future is going to be bright. It was an easy decision in the end to come here and play for this club.
"You look at the stadium – it's incredible. Obviously, I've played in all of the Premier League stadiums, and this is one of, if not the most impressive, so that in itself is a major, major exciting factor for wanting to join.
"Then the fan base is one of the most passionate in the country, so I know if we start playing well and I start showing the fans what I'm about, it's going to be a big, big bonus to help me and the team show our best. So that's what I want."
Oh old one 2 signings both mentioned their excitement at the new ground.

I wasn't overly excited when i heard we bid for him. Nothing to do with his quality, more to do with i just want us to sign a fucking right winger. But KDH could be the best signing we make this summer. He does everything well and could well be that glue in midfield that sticks everything together. Sometimes there's one signing that elevates the entire team, he could be him.
