Saints would be better off selling him and building a squad to get back into the PL with the proceeds.
I think there's a fair chance it will turn a bit ugly.

You're right - Saints can say that they want to keep him but he's not going to get them back into the Prem single handedly and next summer he'll only have a year left on his contract. Previous Message

There's seemingly not much of a market for him in the Premier other than us.
Nobody on Germany is matching our offer. He's not going to Barcelona or Real Madrid.
