1 - they NEED success immediately and are buying players ready (Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, United)
2 - they have a few wonderkids already (Liverpool, City, Chelsea)
3 - they have already spent a load and dont want to spend 40m on potential when their squads are large (City, United, Liverpool, Chelsea)


Spurs would be the only one who might be interested and they have an abundance of wide players and are looking to loan out their own 'winder kid'
