£40 million for a 19 year old winger with only two goals, hmmm. But he certainly passes the eye test. Brilliant dribbler, strong on the ball and quick.
Could prove to be an incredible signing, but it's not without its risks.
I just hope he settles better on the banks of the royal blue Mersey than he did at Chelsea.
