but aren't stumping up the cash. Reading between the lines I think Sevilla will let him go for 20 million and are losing patience with Napoli.

Last night I saw a video with Moyes on Youtube. Must have been about 10 years old. He was talking about signing Cahill and his blueprint for Everton transfers being "young, exciting and hungry"
