Of course getting a right winger would be a bigger upgrade but we don't have anyone there.

A right-back would allow J'OB to deployed mainly as a CB but I don't think we could get this big an improvement over him at RB. An improvement is possible, for sure.

But tactically and just quality-wise Luiz would be a big improvement. He is exactly the kind of player this squad is missing. Good with the ball, and unlike our other midfielders can actually score and create. 9 goals and 5 assists in his latest PL season, 6 and 6 season before that.
