It always felt in the mountains that Pogacar could keep Vignegaard at arms length fairly comfortably if they had to go 1:1. Good though your boy is he is a step below right now. A lot of work for him and his team. Previous Message

which means realistically Pogacar has to mark Vingegaard and vice versa and outside that there is not much threat to them.
Remco dropping out was a shame, but I don't think he would have really challenged.
Outside that I've enjoyed the guys going for stages, just the gC has been a bit of a let down.
I wonder if Pogacar, given a choice, would race the tour next year. I reckon he'd rather take Milan sanRemo and Roubaix. Previous Message
