as players want to join a competitive club on the up. Not sure the players you mention are in that bracket though :-)

Let me explain my question:
If we were to sign such players as Luiz, Grealish, McAtee, etc. would that then help persuade others to join the "project", or is it really more about European competition next season, or simply money?
