I really don’t understand Arsenal’s transfer strategy. It seems designed to keep them top 3 at vast expense while never challenging for the league or the champions’ league. And it runs a risk of losing lots of value if they falter because no-one’s paying what they paid for Havertz or Gyökeres or a few others.
Maybe Gyökeres is brilliant and I’m wrong. I just don’t see it - he looks like someone we should be after for 25m. The two strikers Man U have bought this summer, for less than Gyökeres, look way better to me and are PL-proven…
