It’s interesting and I’m not sure how I feel about it. The obvious thing would be to start Kelly, but is that because we all grew up thinking “start your best 11”. The game is more squad based now especially with 5 subs.

Why she isn't starting with Kelly and Agyemang, who have now saved England late on too many times for comfort. They are clearly better players than Russo and Toon and in the final not starting them would be a big risk, especially against likely opponents, Spain who are a very good side.
