I think it’s now almost part of the mindset and that Kelly and Agyemang have specific roles to do against tired defenders.
Just got to hope the starting lineup holds it together until they come on.

Why she isn't starting with Kelly and Agyemang, who have now saved England late on too many times for comfort. They are clearly better players than Russo and Toon and in the final not starting them would be a big risk, especially against likely opponents, Spain who are a very good side.
