Last check in for me, before I head across the pond on Wednesday. 3 weeks of pies, bacon, sausage rolls and lager await.
It was a struggle to maintain 265 lbs - 120Kg - been there for pretty much 5 weeks. That said, I'm down 20lbs this year, and if I can maintain, then do the same again in the next 6 months, I'll take that!
I might follow Big Lab's lead and try a GLP1
