The biggest test is the financial side.
If we see no more clubs going bankrupt or into administration then they've succeeded. Suppose we'll have to wait and see.

The law bringing in an Independent Football Regulator has now been given royal ascent.
I’d really like to hear your thoughts. It sounds like a good thing for us but I trust this group to point out flaws and positives I haven’t thought of
