it was without doubt the most spectacular view I've seen. The sea was like glass that day and you could see easily to Scotland and the various islands (managed to pick out Ailsa Craig).
There were some Swiss people there and they were also stunned by it. Previous Message

Hello mate.
It’s a strange wee town. There should be more to do than there is, but if you like a drink, you’ll find loads of nice bars in around the cathedral quarter. More and more nice restaurants popping up too.
The West Belfast festival (the Feile) is starting on the 24th and lasts for over two weeks. It’s stretched into the city centre so you’ll find things going on around you anyway. Lots of traditional music, culture etc, but it’s also quite political, which everything about Belfast is.

You only have the two days, so I won’t bore you about museums etc, but it’s a nice city to walk about - everything is close. Others have recommended the titanic museum, and that’s a 10/15 minute walk away over the Lagan, or jump on the glider. The transport is decent in around the city centre, but more along old sectarian lines the further you go out.
If you have time going up to the giants causeway, the coast road is breathtaking. After Larne (which is a shitehole), you’ll find lovely towns like Cushendall, Cushendun and Ballycastle.
Near Ballycastle is Ballintoy harbour; if you’re thinking about doing some GOT tours etc, you’d be a mug to miss Ballintoy!
I’ll be about when you’re here, so if you’re stuck for anywhere to go, let me know and I’ll try to fire you some advice.
People are lovely - we just hate each other 🤦♂️
