he made an error in the Ronde, van der Poel was immensely strong in San Remo and Skjelmose didn't just give up in Amstel.
He had the ability to win all 7 he entered, but if you put him under pressuere and don't let UAE just dictate then you can win. UAE's tactics are generally not the best evidence del Toro in the Giro.
