I flew Saturday afternoon on the 12.40 to Dublin having had the same email. Only had hand luggage and checked in on Friday.
Arrived by bus around 10.50am and was enjoying a pint no later than 11.15 including the walk and queue at the bar.
Dublin yesterday afternoon was even quicker.
May have just been lucky both times

Has anybody flew out of JLA in the afternoon recently?
Just got a message off Ryan air saying not enough staff and to get there 3 hrs hrly.
I was hoping by late afternoon this would have subsided significantly.
