The jury returns its verdict:

Epstein - yep, this one stinks, there's been illusory talk for years of a list, any pretence now that one doesn't exist, or can't be cobbled together through flight logs and testimony, is a slap in the face to anyone whose vote was applied on the pretext of getting access to this information. Verdict: damned lies and subterfuge by all and sundry.

JFK - I don't think this can be attributed to lies - they said they'd open the files, they did, there wasn't anything visible, but there was a shit-ton of redacting via thick black marker pen. The jury requests a further inquiry - who wheeled the marker pen and what was being crossed out? Why did they keep it withheld for 60 years if there was nothing in it. As for the Big Orange - there was a fair bit of shit-talking four years ago when he said along the lines "wait until you see what's in there, this is going to be big". Well yeah. Big, thick lines of black marker pen. Verdict: does anyone have a magic eraser?

Big Pharma Vaccine conspiracy - even when adjusted for COVID, all-cause mortality is up in the last 5 years (source: CDC), but is this evidence of a "conspiracy" or is it due to indirect impacts of the pandemic such as delayed healthcare, lifestyle impacts, or just poor health choices, such as excess cream buns? Who can sift through the stats and come up with a non-partisan analysis of the data? Even AI appears to be politically slanted, depending on who trained the bot. Might it be worth re-categorising vaccines, parsing the long-term established shots for polio and small-pox from the modern-day COVID-type rapid response vehicles? Could this help with broader understanding of risk profiling in pandemic scenarios? Should "they" stop big pharma from funding political campaigns? Could doing so divert noise into the more helpful conversation channels? Verdict - a well-hung jury. Ahem.

Chem trails - more air traffic, more pollution. It would appear modern-day jet engines and more-refined jet fuel are more likely to produce chem trails than previous generations of aviation bling. However, crucially, there is little to no evidence of politicians promising to sort this out (or did I miss a late-night Bobby Kennedy interview?) So, batsh1t as it is, surely not something that can be pinned on our plucky, truth-telling parliamentary representatives. Verdict - charge dismissed.


In summary, while the intent and context of the post is understood, with the exception of the Epstein list, these weren't the best examples of political lies to a supporter base, more a laundry list of the alt-right's grift agenda.
