Agreed. Obviously finances / PSR will ultimately dictate what we are and aren't able to accomplish, but the bottom line is, we have a bare bones squad that needs fleshing out substantially - with quality. We need players for the here and now, as well as ones to be the stars of tomorrow.

Acquiring both Luiz and Hackney would be a good example of addressing that situation.

We may have to cut our cloth accordingly though and bring in a loan (for the here and now) and sign Hackney, for example, as one for the future.

It's going to be a huge job and juggling act for Moyes and the club this summer, for sure.
