and no, it isn’t steep. The interest rate reflects TFG’s strong financial position and is towards the lower end of long-term stadium financing deals and far below the rates Moshiri was borrowing at (which ranged from 12.5% to 22%). As a comparison 10 year US treasury bonds currently yield 4.423% as I type so the lender profit margin and risk premium is ~ 3% which is not bad at all. Previous Message
