I'm also only one handshake away from all the bad guys of today's world (Putain, Trump, Netanyahu, Erdogan, Orban, Xi et al.). I suppose a lot of people on this forum are just one handshake away from the British Royalties (if not away at all).
The one handshake that I really cherish was with the then Everton secretary Jim Greenwood: one handshake away from Dixie Dean, Alec Young, Alan Ball, Harry Catterick, Bob Latchford etc.
Shaking Stefan Kuntz's hand took me one handshake away from the Kaisers and the Bombers of the Germans.
The most peculiar of these connections is that through the FRSO concertmaster, I'm one handshake away from Socrates (whose backyard penalty kick he once conceded). 😀

Whether you like Bobble or not, he’s 100% reliable and his AVFTB content is brilliant. I don’t use twitter anymore and I don’t spend endless amounts of time reading through reams of online ads trying to find any Everton news, 99.9% of which is bullshit. I follow his podcast and enjoy it instead.
