But we do forget what it felt like to learn in the first place.
This morning, my 5-year-old asked to try riding without training wheels again.
A month ago, we took them off, but he wasn’t quite ready.
Today, I held the seat, he started pedaling, and then… I let go.
“I’m doing it!” he shouted, filled with pride and excitement.
It was a moment I won’t forget.
It made me think about entrepreneurship.
As an employee, you're often riding with training wheels—support systems, defined processes, a safety net.
As an entrepreneur, you're handed a bike with no instructions, no training wheels, and every fall teaches you something.
You pedal, fall, get back up, and one day, you're riding—and shouting with joy.
To everyone
out there
building
something
from the ground up: keep going.
The moment it clicks is worth every scrape and stumble.
