adored the books by Martha Wells, and they've turned it into a fun show. the silliness is amped up, but it works really well. episodes are about 22 mins long, so one you can easily dip in to. Last episode of the season is due this weekend and then you can binge the lot

I would say, though, that the books are awesome, and I sincerely hope we get more seasons because I'd love to see how the future books get dealt with, and because the author is very much involved with the show.
