While it's sensible and best practice to take whatever time is needed to get the best deal for the players we want. Until we sign someone, we haven't. Given the need to get players in, especially in certain positions it's perfectly understandable that some fans might be getting anxious, even if it's early in the window.

Is it Dithering Dave and the consequences of changing our recruitment and executive team right when we need the biggest squad rebuild we've ever done?
Or, a sign that we're not panicking, have clear red lines, and are confident of finding better value elsewhere?
