The defence, once he got in, was superb. He doesn't need to be bombing on, but he did well late in season and his crossing improved, whilst his height and speed helped loads.
Whilst we need a right-back and a centre-half, neither should start ahead of him. Keep him there, getting more games and learning the game. Moyes has said several times he needs to just play currently, and he's not getting in ahead of the other two.

Worked great for us last season and i', big fan of not changing things that work.
But we do need cover at RB and LB. We're an injury away from round pegs in square holes.
JOB will get his chance at CB, but i think for now we should go with what worked so well for us last season.
