No need to sell the women’s team just yet, establish them as challenging for the title and you can argue a much higher valuation.
Sell Goodison Park and aim to sell the women’s team in 3 years time when the Goodison Park sale drops off the accounting, then we get 6 years of benefit rather than just 3.

Seeing as we're no longer close to the line on PSR, would it make sense to see if the ladies progress next season and boost their value a little?
Obviously, that's gambling that the rules don't change.
