The first album really did have some ground breaking stuff on it, still remember that feeling of excitement listening to it for the first time and discovering new mixes of their best known stuff at the time. Magic. Previous Message
Mad to think Your love is probably about 33 years old now
Hit and miss for me for the prodigy. Absolutely loved them in my youth. But their stuff, apart from the classics like Your Love and the Weather Experiment, haven't aged that well, for me anyway.

hearing Firestarter without Keith Flint jumping around the stage was strange, and poignant.
Followed their output since the days of "Charly" and "Everybody in the place" - first album suggested they were going firmly in the direction of the emerging jungle sound that was establishing itself as a sub-genre of the hardcore/rave movement. An element of that remained but they sort of carved out a niche of their own.
There isn't really another act like them around, with that fusion of techno, rock and breakbeat. Have seen them live at an indoor arena but probably works much better at an outdoor festival. Previous Message
I may just stay awake until the end of their set!
So, this happened. But it is what it is, until it isn't.
