If I'm tempted to snack I refer to what I've planned in the diary and if it isn't on it I give a miss, I found it has really helped me and highlights how high calories are for a give food. I used too eat a toast as a guilt free snack until I found out there is in excess of 100 calories in a slice of bread!! Previous Message
Great week for most - Ian and Biglab neck and neck in % weight loss at -3.74%
