I remember Hibbert as a decent defender and utterly hopeless going forwards, until Moyes drilled him into being a competent crosser of the ball and suddenly he was a proper PL level full back.
Mykolenko is a good defender and looks limited going forwards, but it wouldn’t take much to become slightly better, and for now that’s all we need in his position.

Spend the rest of the summer then looking to get in a CF.
Anything after that is a bonus (as long as Gueye re-signs).
