From above you get more of a sense of how big these places actually are and there's clearly a lot of work going on (video below the pics) - so from left to right this is:
Yellow - The Terrace bar
Blue - The Bluehouse/Hot Wok/Heritage Society
Green - The Old Lady (previously suggested as St Domingo's)
He also mentions planning permission for a takeway on the same block, and I remember reading that the patch of land at the end of that row (shown here in orange) has been given permission for a hotel to be built.

...other than the seemingly ill-fated "Holy Trinity" marquee on the Terry's Timber property.
One of these is the owners of the Hot Wok/Blue House and that will be the new Hot Wok, along with a bierkeller style bar and an aparthotel according to their planning permission. They have also kindly offered a space to the Heritage Society to try to replicate what they had at St Luke's on matchdays.
To the left of that on the pic below will be The Terrace Bar and to the right will be " The Old Lady " (which was originally going to be called St Domingo's Bar)
Segura (currently on County Road) have also apparently secured a property a bit further along Regent Road and there's also another new one in the pipeline alongside where the Holy Trinity marquee will potentially be ( view on Google Maps )
I'm sure there will be lots more in the pipleline and the website I've linked lots above seems to be keeping an eye on them all, as do drone operators like Barry1878 so maybe keep an eye on those too.
