What are you expecting? Read other answers to your post, explaining the PSR constraints to try and understand what is going on.
The shite earned £180 million for winning the PL. THATS the different world they are in - they can spend, spend spend.
You have to trust Moyes and others to run the club and transfer policy responsibly.
It will take time and patience.

New players coming in late. A poor start to the season, a decent stretch along the way to reach safety.
