Recently started a NWales novel called The Snowdonia Killings by Simon McCleave which is good so far - chewing gum for the brain but so far so good.

Not normally a binge watcher but got thoroughly swept along by the story and by Matthew Goode as a damaged copper following up a cold case in a pretty bleak version of Scotland.
Stretched credibility a wee bit towards the end and had some overly graphic violence in places but the best thing I've watched in ages.
His Syrian sidekick needs his own show..
losing just a little more faith every day, and credibility too apparently
