I get two conflicting weight measurements, one at home (find it hard to find a level area of the floor in my flat!!) and one at my Diabetes Prevention Program.
I will go for my hone measurements as my Diabetes Prevention Program meetings are irregular and for the purpose of the Chunky Challenge I can take home measurements weekly
So my starting weight is 116kg and my ultimate goal is get down to 100kg with an interim goal of 114,2kg so I can say I'm less than 18 stone

Quite pleased to report my weight this morning at 120.5kg
Matt (Rainhill Runaway) kindly gave me the old excel file. I will update it during the day today, (as those participating report), and post a link tomorrow with status.
Because of the various age and fitness differences, I think we should just focus on weight and not plank/push ups. Agree?
